Lup-dup

Running up and down the hills, rushing into the tress, whispering something in their ears and swiflty running away. Like a small child playfully moving about is the wind, and suddenly it transforms itself into a maiden, kisses you gently and flows back into the green lushes.
The leaves are laughing amongst themselves. I am wondering what is amusing these young girls so much. Is it the playful wind that is tickling them or are they making fun of your ignorance that a maiden just kissed you and you did not even realised that.
Oh dear! where are you lost? Are you brooding about the yesterday or breeding new worries about tomorrow? Why do you worry so much about something that does not belong to you. Yesterday brought you something and has left, leave upto tomorrow to decide what it has to get for you. Leave them and come to savour the gifts what today ,this moment holds for you.
Lup-dup sings the heart a seventy-two times every minute. Every minute a seventy-two times your body is reminded that life is beating inside it. There is more life in every moment than you can even imagine. Live it now!
Open the treasures that the moment called  now has brought for you. Run about racing with the little child playfully, come and listen to the stories that the leaves are telling. Listen to the music of your heart, seventy-two times it plays the tune of life in you.
